Committed to building long-term, meaningful partnerships in San Bernardino County.
Daggett Solar is not just committed to building a state-of-the-art solar and storage facility – it is committed to being a good neighbor to the community. In previous years, Clearway Energy Group has supported local San Bernardino organizations and initiatives. We look forward to continuing that support with Daggett Solar, as well as finding new opportunities for community partnerships.
Daggett Solar has already begun outreach through local initiatives. We have created a community benefits program, become a member of the local Chambers of Commerce to support businesses, and sponsored first-responder organizations and events for emergency training in the area.
Along with this, we have made charitable contributions to the local parks and recreation center, the Silver Valley Fire Alliance, Silver Valley Unified School District Lunch program, area food banks, and sponsored scholarships for Silver Valley High School and the Daggett Alternative Education Center. We also have supported community projects at the Newberry Springs Family Center, such as the repair of their site parking lot.
As we continue to develop Daggett Solar, we look forward to fostering more community-enhancing partnerships and finding more ways to be a good neighbor. If you have any ideas for new collaborative opportunities or general questions, please get in touch with Clearway.
Whether you are interested in partnering with us, buying power from one of our solar projects, or just want to learn more about Clearway in general, we would like to hear from you.
